Pearls, silk, and lace. All the things that make a up woman. Tiffany Koury captured that and more with this outstanding couture collection. Leaving little opportunity for any detail to go unnoticed, the models looked divine from the crowns of the heads to their dainty feet. I loved the styling, from the pearls, shoes, veil overlays, top hats, and beautiful hair pieces. (Eccentric Head Gear) The collection may seem a bit posh considering today’s conservative market, but I simply adored the idea of getting dressed up again. The collection paid homage to the old Moulin Rouge with a twist of Alice and Wonderland for the theme. As I sat in first row, I was literally a kid in a candy store sopping up each delicious piece. The designer chose delectable colors in ravishing reds, icicle sappire, iced pink, a rich jade, and onxy among my favorites. Also paying such great attention to detail in the boning of the garment, the structure of the tulle and the rich fabric. The Tiffany Koury customer is special, beautiful, and all about glamour. I truly enjoyed the event. Here are a few highlights from the show.
