There’s just something about vintage. Aaaahh.. The ever lasting quality, the uniqueness of a garment, the story behind it, the fact that it is looked upon as a grand fashion archive; there’s just so much to love. Not too mention all of these goods come at an affordable price! I remember buying my first vintage bag off of ebay; it was a buttery soft tan leather satchel and I scored it for only $0.99. I know, crazy! Well I stumbled upon another vintage treasure, the Erstwhile Style Vintage boutique on Etsy. Ladies get your credit cards ready! Peep the finds below.

Recently Opened: Celeb N Couture Boutique in Brooklyn
At a time where the urban fashion market seems to be caving in through the struggle of major brands like Baby Phat Fashions, Rocawear and others, Stefanie McDonald has her heart set on reversing the trend with the opening of Celeb N Couture Boutique. Friday night was the grand opening or in my opinion a big slap in the face to hipsters every where! [over it] Just walking through the doors of Celeb N Couture felt like the dawning of a new day. The boutique stationed in a secluded section of Brooklyn was flooded with customers looking to purchase the latest in denim, tops, and jewelry. As shoppers slowly revert back to the styles they loved growing up, Celeb N Couture speaks to the urbanista serving a dish that has been craved for a long time. Stefanie, is a young, black woman, under 25 who etched out her own place in the fashion retail market. During the grand opening you could spot Stefanie walking around the store helping customers find their unique fit, creating a specific clientele list so that she may cater to the exact needs of each customer, and offering general style suggestions. I strongly urge you to visit Celeb N Couture Boutique if you want items and service that is sui generis, fresh and fab! Check out my interview with Stefanie below!
