The old saying rings true, out with the old and in with the new. Young Tommy Ton, owner of Jak&Jil Blog is replacing the famed Satorialist, Scott Schuman as Style.com’s official Fashion Week photographer! Wow! This is big! I almost didn’t know what to think of this. I’ll miss the Satorialist, because he was the originator of Street Fashion Photography however, Tommy offers something new and fresh. Schuman’s editorial style is traditional, framing the whole image like a work of art, while Ton emphasizes the details like the red lacquer on the bottom of a Louboutin, the grooves in the leather of a Rad Hourani vest, the arch in a Camilla Scovgaard heel or the simplicity of a Birkin bag.
